Wine Tasting Centre at Rickety Bridge
The Wine Tasting Centre, situated adjacent to the wine cellar, provides a fascinating glimpse into the inner workings of a functional winery. Positioned on an elevated platform, it features a three-sided, full-height glazed façade that offers stunning views of the vineyards and the majestic Franschhoek mountains. The tasting centre seamlessly extends into the maturation cellar and onto floating terraces through glass walls.
On warm, sunny days, wine enthusiasts can taste Rickety Bridge wines on the terraces surrounded by beautiful vines. During cooler weather, guests can gather around the wood-burning fireplace and enjoy Rickety Bridge's fine wines while enjoying the warmth. Rickety Bridge can also arrange wine tastings for parties of up to 80 people by prior arrangements.
