Our Potjie Kos Experience
Gather around the fire and discover the art of the potjie.
This hands-on, two-hour experience is led by one of our talented chefs, taking you on a journey through the rich history of this beloved South African tradition - from the story behind the pot to the local ingredients and spices that bring it to life.
Working together as a group, you'll build your very own potjie from scratch, choosing from two proteins, six fresh vegetables, and ten aromatic spices, all while your chef guides you every step of the way. It's as much about the experience as it is about the food. To complement the occasion, you'll also enjoy a full
Foundation Stone wine tasting, so there's always something delicious in hand while your stew works its magic.
