Settle in with freshly baked ciabatta and rosemary butter before sharing homemade labneh with roasted confit tomatoes and crispy bruschetta. For mains, choose between crispy fried parmesan chicken with a creamy garlic sauce or cajun spiced kingklip in a coconut lemon sauce, both served alongside parmesan truffle mash, grilled greens with dukkah, and roasted butternut with cinnamon and star anise. To finish, a Foundation Stone Chenin Blanc inspired crème brûlée with fresh raspberries, a sweet nod to the wines we love.
