We only stayed one night, but we can't find fault with anything. It was the perfect romantic getaway. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The Elizabeth Suite was just stunning. Warm and comforting.
[31 August 2011] We would recommend this accomodation wholeheartedly. Our hosts were very friendly, our room spacious and clean. The breakfat delicious and varied to meet all needs. Well worth the price. [29 August 2011] Thank you for the lovely hospitality at Basse Provence Guest House. Our stay at the Elizabeth suite was one to remember. I will definitely return in the future. [14 February 2011] We surely miss Leonie in the mornings, and think of your sunshine from very different weather! Not quite your sunshine, but our lawn is carpeted with snowdrops instead of snow, and the days are notably longer and lighter, so spring will come one day!We were looked after so well, and by such delightful people, so we are sure to return.

Just to thank you very very much for the lovely night we spent at Rickety Bridge. We would like to compliment you on the standard of your accommodation, and particularly on the welcoming attitude and helpfulness of your Manor House staff. We thoroughly enjoyed both breakfast and lunch and overindulged spectacularly the whole weekend. We managed a couple of walks and explored the surroundings- all very beautiful.
[09 February 2010] Everyone was so helpful and the accommodation and service were excellent. We are now back in the UK - in the cold and dark - but enjoying our RB wines which we brought back with us. [29 July 2009] Thank you and the girls for the lovely time we had at Rickety Bridge. Everything was perfect and being at a Franschoek Restaurant, I have not eaten that much food since Christmas lunch.
